Michele led the preparation and negotiation of billion-dollar defense contracts, built successful teams and continues to coach businesses and people to step out of their comfort zones to reach their full potential.

    Recognized in 2014 by the Dallas Business Journal as “Dallas Business Woman of the Year,” she was also the 2011 recipient of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Cecil L. Covington, Founder Award for Contract Management Excellence and Service.

    She received a B.A. Degree in Economics/Foreign Careers from Lehigh University and has organized numerous non-profit boards ranging from churches, community services, safe havens for victims of abuse, to reduction of recidivism programs for ex-offenders.

    She served on the Airbus Political Action Committee Board of Directors, Lehigh University Alumni Board of Directors, as Past-President of the Dallas Lehigh University Alumni Chapter, Past-President of the NCMA North Texas Chapter, and is presently President, Keep Rowlett Beautiful Board of Directors.

CULLEN WALLACE

Cullen Wallace is a Nationally recognized authority in real estate.

  • He’s a licensed real estate agent with The Walden Home Group in Fairbanks, Alaska. As a deeply experienced industry veteran, with a background working for the National Association of Realtors in Washington DC, and has played a role in over 2,000 career transactions, Cullen has the experience, perspective, knowledge, and background to help people with their real estate goals.

    While selling houses has been important, Cullen has found his calling in helping people live a better life. In addition to being a Realtor with National reach, he is a coach, mentor, and leader. He spent over 20 years coaching athletes at an elite level. He currently coach’s entrepreneurs and C level executives.

    Cullen’s compassion, integrity, and expertise have earned him gratitude from his clients and recognition from his peers. He was lauded as an Honor Roll recipient by the Realtors Political Action Committee, selected by his fellow realtors as the 2009 Realtor of the Year, and hired by the Alaska Real Estate Commission to co-write their state’s licensing exam. Despite the many accolades Cullen has collected through the years, he continues to define his success by the impact he has in the lives of his clients.

    Cullen relocated from Alaska to Washington, DC to Seattle before returning to his hometown of Fairbanks. He previously co-hosted the bi-monthly real estate radio show Your House on the Corner, served for three years as the President of the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors, and was eventually sent to Washington, D.C. as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of Realtors.  

    Community involvement is the cornerstone of Cullen’s life. When he’s out of the office, Cullen can be found volunteering with community-based non-profits, cooking in the kitchen, or taking a walk around the neighborhood with his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Charlie. Cullen is a coach, a teacher, a storyteller, a confidant, and a world-class real estate agent.

Chuck is an entrepreneur and published author who’s hired, trained, and mentored hundreds of great salespeople and sales leaders across numerous industries for over three decades.

  • Jonathan and Julie have 3 kids. Elijah, Julia and Hannah (Elijah's wife). All are graduates of Clemson University. This year they have welcomed their first Grandson, Travis, into the family. Jonathan is a serial entrepreneur and owner of multiple businesses since he was 19 years old. Jonathan is the founder and CEO of E320 Financial Partners, LLC. E320 is an Insurance Brokerage Company that is a leader in the industry, empowering agents across the country to help better themselves while providing tremendous value to the clients they serve with their financial needs.In the Blue Ridge community Jonathan and Julie give back through the Blue Ridge Little League on the Board of Directors as President. Jonathan is a licensed and ordained minister. Jonathan and Julie serve as Connections Pastors at New Hope Freedom Church.
